Collection: You may collect any item purchased from my Gallery at The Design Shed, Blakemere Village, Oakmere Northwich CW8 2EB,
You will be informed via email when your item is ready for collection.
My Gallery is open 7 days a week, 10am till 5pm

Estimated delivery time 5 - 7 working days from dispatch

Medium items: for example Mugs, Chopping Boards, Small Framed Photos
Shipped via Royal Mail International £15.50 Tracked
Estimated delivery time 5 - 7 working days .from dispatch

Large items: such as Canvases, Framed Photographs
Shipped via Courier £25.00 Tracked
Estimated delivery time 5 - 7 working days from dispatch

Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if there are any problems I will do my best to help!
Any item can be returned within 14 days, providing it is still in new condition. Please contact me to arrange a return.
Return shipping/postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged (photo of damage required) In this case I will pay the return shipping cost and the item will be replaced, or refunded if you prefer
